LUMBARWEAR® is machine washable at 40 degrees.  You can tumble dry it, but for better results we recommend that you dry your garment flat and away from direct sunlight.

How can I find my correct size?
Please refer to our size chart (add link) to find the correct size for you. If you are between two sizes, we recommend that you opt for the smaller size as the garment is extremely elastic and will adapt perfectly to your silhouette.
